Representatives from each of
the eight E.C.I’s., volunteer to
participate,
within their community of interest, at various
levels
of commitment to L.I.N.C.
Furthermore, each
E.C.I. volunteer
is chosen from their community
because that volunteer is a
full-time employee within their respective
E.C.I. The intent
of
this type of voluntary participation is to bring to
the
organization the greatest level of “focused” expertise
and energy.
Within
each of the E.C.I’s., there will exist a three
level
Voluntary
Commitment Structure, V.C.S. Each
V.C.S.,
will be governed by its own guidelines
and procedures,
subject only to the L.I.N.C.,
mission statement, policies
and procedures.
The
L.I.N.C. Institute will spawn and cultivate several
affiliate
activities and organizations for the
purpose of focused implementation
of its various
human development initiatives.
These
activities and organizations will have their own
organizational
structures, mission statements, and
objectives.

Services
This program is
designed for our Corporation to sponsor
free medical screenings, food and clothing drives in
joint
efforts with the support of our
network partners
to offer emergency assistance
to low income adults
and people ineligible to receive public
assistance from
county
agencies.
